If you are looking for a loving companion, I'm your guy. I'm really skinny but I'm selective in what I like to eat - those peanut butter treats are pretty good. I have no heart murmurs or patella problems. Oh ya, I need my ears cleaned out once or twice a week so I don't get ear infections. I don't bark much - when temporary mom shuts the gate to our room and gets ready to leave the house I tell her that I want her to hurry back. Like most cavaliers, I like to follow temporary mom around the house, I don't want to miss anything. Sometimes I get scared if someone moves too quickly but I'm learning to trust people. I like to sit with my temporary mom in the chair and have her pet me and I really like rawhide chews. Right now I'm staying with a family with two other cavaliers and we get along just fine. If you take me out regularly, I won't go potty in the house but I haven't figured out how to tell you that I need to go out yet. I'm friendly and love attention (I didn't get much until a couple of weeks ago when I was rescued.) I'm a good boy who loves to go for walks or just sit outside on the patio. ![]()
